How to Order

Ordering Online with a Credit/Debit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards online via our secure online shopping cart.

To order, simply use our online catalog to add the items you want to buy to the shopping cart, check out, and select the payment type that matches your credit/debit card.

Note: Orders placed with a difference of Bill-To and Ship-To addresses are subject to Identification Proof (i.e., a copy of driver's license with name matching credit card used, etc.) of credit card ownership with order approval.

Ordering Online with PayPal®

Ordering by Mail

To mail in an order using online shopping cart, use the following procedure:

1. Put the items you are ordering in the Secure Online Shopping Cart
2. After you have filled in the billing/shipping info, choose the Offline payment option from the pull down menu.
   
3. Print the order form.
4. When ordering by mail, fill out the printed order form completely with either your credit card information or  include your personal check (held up to 10 days, until funds are verified), international bank check, or money order payable in US$.  Mail to address as per instructions in the cart.

Ordering with a Check or Money Order

We accept money orders, international banque cheques (payable in US$ to MTC/Mosaic Trading Co.) and U.S. personal checks. Orders paid for via check or money order may be held until the check or money order has cleared the bank.

To place an order using our online shopping cart and pay via check or money order, follow the following procedure:

1. Put the items you are ordering in the Secure Online Shopping Cart and click "Go To Checkout"
   
2. Follow the instructions in the cart for filling in your billing and  shipping information.
3. When you reach the Payment Option section, choose Offline (mail in) from the pull down menu.
   
4. Print the order form and mail with your personal check (held up to 10 days, until funds are verified), international bank check, or money order payable in US$. Mail to address as per instructions in the cart.
