Returns & Exchanges
Your utmost pleasure is our business, and we go to great pains to ensure
that your desires are met. Towards that end, we will
take the time to work with you to resolve any concerns you may have
about the products you purchase from us. The following policy sets the
framework within which we will endeavor to make you as happy as
possible.
30-Day Warranty Exchange Policy
We warrant all of our products for a period of 30 days
from the shipment date, and will replace any defective product within
that period.
Prior authorization is
required. See Return Procedure for
more information. We will send a shipping label via email, when the
return of a defective item authorized and will ship a
replacement to you at our expense.
Return Procedure
- Request return authorization by sending an email to orders@medicaltoys.com
- For faster service,
please include your
name, order number and the details of the defect and any photo(s) of
the defect in your email
- Once an RMA [Return Material Authorization] has
been
authorized via email, ship the item and all original packaging,
documentation, etc.
- Upon receipt and verification of the defective
item, we will send the replacement.
Non-returnable
Items
To protect the health and safety of our customers,
employees and observing fderally mandated hygiene laws* we
are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened and may
have come in contact with a bodily fluid of any type. Examples of
such items include (but are not limited to):
- Dildoes, butt plugs, insertable toys and vibrators
- Enema kits and equipment
- Sounds
- Gags
- Chastity devices
- Vacuum pumping cylinders, cups, etc.
- Anything that is applied to or breaks the surface of
the skin
- Anything that is inserted into the penis, vagina,
anus, or mouth
*Our standard 30-day warranty for defective product does not apply to these items. They
will be handled on an individual basis, as hygiene laws forbid
processing any of these items after they have been opened. For
the occurrence of such, please send an email to orders@medicaltoys.com
with the term Non-Returnable Item(s) in the subject line of your email
and include your name, order number and the details of the defect .
Cancellation Policy / Returns
Reprocessing Fees
Processing begins the moment you submit your order. Due
to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to cancel an
order after it is submitted.
Please order carefully.
Unless otherwise negotiated, unauthorized returns and
cancellations
are subject to an additional 20%
Reprocessing and Restocking Fee
applied
to them.
This is applied to the banking
fees and handling charges that
occur during order processing.
