system responds to exercise routine. Repetition gives results, thus is

Exercises

exercises, like sit-ups and squats, serve to fortify and develop the

Hot compresses

Pumping 101
As we stated above,
repetition with a routine

way is to follow a "rule of thumb" method: The first three weeks,
